The Elevated Woman Co. is a multi-service company founded by Laricka Rayford, a creative entrepreneur whose diverse gifts, professional experiences, and passion for helping others come together under one umbrella.

With a background in Musical Theatre Performance, professional experience in fitness and personal training, vocal performance and instruction, personal styling, and creative entrepreneurship, Laricka has always had a passion for helping people feel confident in who they are and how they show up in the world.

Rather than limiting those gifts to one industry, The Elevated Woman Co. was created to provide a home for the many areas in which Laricka serves and creates.

Our Philosophy

Meet the Founder

Laricka Rayford earned a Bachelor of Science in Theatre with a concentration in Musical Theatre Performance and has continued to develop her professional experience across fitness, vocal performance, styling, and entrepreneurship. Laricka also has a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration.

She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and has worked in fitness since 2015. Her background in musical theatre and vocal performance has also shaped her work as a singer, vocal coach, and live entertainer.

Through each area of her work, Laricka brings the same belief: your gifts do not have to fit into one box.

The Elevated Woman Co. is a reflection of that belief—a company where multiple talents can coexist, each with its own purpose, while remaining connected by a shared vision of elevation.
